Now, it's colse to PE08 end, I beleive it's necessary for me to summarize this PE.
1. Training. training of pre-task is not so effective. Our trainer's responsible for the terrible mess. Like task 2451100 and intercompany reconciliation. this kind of complex job need take us lots of time and resource of energy and patience.So we need prepare a new standard key point we should take note of.
2. Arrangement. like RRIS21, it's not a good arrangement for this task. such as, preparation of rris21 report; what we should do when this report finished; how to deal with the problem, and so on. For ICP reconciliation, we have not plan very well, since someone confused whether they need to remark comment, and I have not inform the right person add remark as schedule. It perhaps lead to consequences.
3. Communication.this is the biggest issue I need to improve. We must let all of local know we can handle all of these task well, and I also need all of trainee understand that they can do all the task timely and accurately. I'll be the backup while they can not finished well.

also, I need pay more attention to the thing what belong to myself. sometimes, I can not focal attention in my task, since disturbed by something or some people.
anyway, we should work hard if want succeed.
